We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee our client’s media and music production operations, including Artist Management. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, ensuring that our client’s media and music production processes run smoothly, and driving growth and innovation in the industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee all aspects of our media and music production operations, including Artist Management, content creation, distribution, and marketing.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their goals and objectives.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and innovation in the media and music industry.
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure that our media and music production efforts align with our overall business goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, partners, and stakeholders.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure that all media and music production activities are compliant with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Arts and Events Management, Music Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in media and music management, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing projects.
- Deep understanding of the media and music industry, including Artist Management, content creation, distribution, marketing, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of legal and ethical standards in the media and music industry.
