Marketing & Demand Generation Specialist

**Job Summary**
The Marketing and Demand Gen Specialist, South Asia is to make and implement effective campaign plan, execution and evaluation in the right focused areas that helps Ingersoll Rand to achieve leads generation & management objectives. Besides, this role is to enhance IR brands awareness/reputation through effective campaigns on various channels, and to develop new channels/ approaches to accelerate growth.
Our Industrial business provides a broad portfolio including small reciprocating, contact cooled rotary, oil free scroll and rotary compressors, air treatment products, blowers and vacuum pumps, systems, etc. under multiple brands.
He/she will be responsible for driving business initiatives, overseeing and executing marketing plans in South Asia. Dotted line report to Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing & Communication, AP with responsibilities for overall marketing activities in AP.
**Responsibilities**:
- Overall Demand Gen Plan, Process and KPI Management
- Develop and manage marketing budget based on SA countries marketing plan.Optimize leads generation process/standard work in South Asia.
- Work with AP for leads generation KPI and dashboard, CRM discipline optimization.
- NPS+ RFQ improvement (SA IR/GD Compressor, B&V, Nash)
- Branding & Communication
- Develop and execute branding campaigns and communications, PR, social media, tradeshows, etc.
- Develop and execute traditional and digital advertising in South Asia
- SA Associations relations management
- Product Marketing
- Develop and enhance marketing collaterals (brochures, posters, case study, videos, etc.) based on Global/AP projects and SA needs.
- New product launch (incl. launch events or soft launch activities).
- Digital Marketing
- Manage social media accounts and implement integration to other data management platforms/tools.
- Work with AP and Global team for Google campaigns development and execution in SA.
**Requirements / Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing (demand generation) preferred.
- Demonstrated strong capability in implementing marketing activities.
- Regional Travelling up to 30%.
- Customer oriented, problem solving and solution mindset.
- Strong relationship building skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
- Energetic, passionate, driven, and strong interpersonal skills who works well in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, communicate compelling.
