Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Demand Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving business growth through proactive outbound prospecting, nurturing leads, and supporting business development efforts. Additionally, the successful candidate will play a key role in mentoring and training junior staff, fostering a high-performing demand generation team. This is a part time roll but has flexibility to become a full time role for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Qualification: Conduct outbound calls to engage potential B2B prospects, qualifying them based on predefined criteria. Maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and value propositions to effectively communicate with prospects. Identify and nurture high-quality leads and opportunities for the sales team. Business Development Support: Collaborate with the business development team to enhance lead conversion and improve sales pipeline performance. Provide insights on market trends, customer pain points, and competitor activity to refine outreach strategies. Assist in developing demand generation campaigns in alignment with the company’s growth objectives. Mentoring & Training: Support and coach junior team members in best practices for prospecting, objection handling, and lead qualification. Conduct training sessions to improve team performance and knowledge of demand generation strategies. Act as a point of escalation and provide guidance on complex lead generation challenges. Process Improvement & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, reporting insights and recommendations to leadership. Ensure CRM data integrity by accurately logging prospect interactions and tracking lead progression. Suggest and implement improvements in outreach scripts, call strategies, and engagement processes. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in tele-based demand generation, inside sales, or outbound lead generation in a B2B environment. Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Experience in training, mentoring, or leading a sales/demand generation team. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales engagement platforms. (e.g., Salesforce, Drift, Outreach)Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize outreach strategies. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
