Singapore 360T ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. Full time

**Your Responsibilities**
- Drive and support growth of 360T’s workflow solution offering (EMS)
- Work with sales on prospects and existing clients in EMEA with a focus on asset management clients
- Support regional generalist sales in all matters around 360T EMS offerings
- Attend, participate and able to present complex workflow solutions to prospects and clients
- Translate the needs of the clients and prospects into the development road map of EMS
- Act as an extended arm of the Head of EMS Product - facilitate communication internally and to prospects and clients.
- Go-to-person for management with regards to EMS / workflow solutions topics - Controlling and reporting of existing business but also provide updates on new opportunities and any potential roadblocks
- Build relationships with our key clients and prospects in Asia Pacific in order to provide professional consultation on best use of the EMS product
- Work closely with regional sales force to maximize our customer relationships and cooperate as a member of as team in sales opportunities
- Maintain relationship with key clients and pro-actively work with them to maximize client revenue potential

**Knowledge Management**
- Formal documents to be prepared to a professional standard
- Complex or difficult concepts, e.g. IT specs, to be explained in clear, succinct and effective terms.
- Presentations to follow “current” market branding requirements and formats.
- Documents to be retained / filed for future reference.
- Knowledge and insights to be proactively shared with colleagues (especially juniors).
- Own knowledge to be updated through continuous professional development.

**Your Profile**
- Professional with at least 5 years of exposure to an industry leading EMS
- Product matter expert who is familiar with all EMS functionality and end to end client workflows
- Understand complex workflows over all client segments and set ups (Agency vs Principal or Combined set-ups)
- From a business point of view, having the knowledge and be able to discuss regulatory topics effecting Foreign Exchange
- Understand and articulate client and prospect requirements both in terms of functionally and desired outcome
- Self-starter, prepared to initiate necessary relationships, processes and planning
- Credible, persuasive, well-presented with excellent communication, presentation and execution skills
- Service and detail-oriented
- Higher education in banking, business administration, computer science or equivalent
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, team player
- Language skills required: very good level of verbal and written skills in English, other languages are a plus
