The team consists of 40+ high-performing individuals from various backgrounds who work across 3 continents and 8 countries to make impactful hires for every department at Guidepoint.

**Your Role**

The position will report directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition in NYC.

**A Day in Your New Role**:

- Manage, coach and develop a team of professional Recruiters across APAC
- Strategize with leadership teams in APAC around hiring plan strategy, employer branding, compensation analysis, talent and market mapping and retention
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to develop and refine job descriptions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Utilize our ATS and other recruiting software to track applicants and manage workflow
- Maintain a high attention to detail and the ability to work with hiring managers to prioritize roles to meet hiring needs
- Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline and recruit from a variety of different sources
- Track and report on the recruitment progress so that we achieve our hiring targets across the organization
- Actively own 2-3 priority roles at a time while driving the overall quality and pace of hiring.

- Sourcing response rate: 15%

**Qualities You Have**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, or related fields required
- 10+ years of experience in recruitment required
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Lead, or other relevant role
- Deeply knowledgeable about various APAC markets such as China, Japan, Singapore and India
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Strong attention to detail and an effective multi-tasker with a high sense of urgency
- Ability to drive results and lead global strategies
- Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
- Willing to travel up to 25%
- Language preferences: Mandarin OR Japanese
