**Position Summary**

Embed Solutions Group is dedicated to the business of fun, ensuring we enable, empower and ease the business of fun. We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in managing and delivering complex technical projects.

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of our technical projects from inception to completion.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and make a significant impact on the organization's success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, mentor, and develop colleagues company-wide, fostering their professional growth and enhancing their management and execution skills.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the company's project management strategy.
- Establish and maintain project management processes, tools, and templates to streamline project execution.
- Oversee the allocation of resources, internal development resource, intra-department resource, clients and our partnership network to the project’s success.
- Provide strategic oversight of project portfolios, holding stakeholders accountable, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities.
- Monitor and report on project performance, including budget, timeline, and quality.
- Identify, mitigate and escalate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability within stakeholder groups.
- Act as a senior advisor to project managers, assisting in the resolution of complex project challenges.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging project management practices.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- 7+ years of Project Management Experience
- Professional Project Management Certification from accredited school preferred, for example:

- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- CompTIA Project+ certification
- PRINCE2 Foundation/PRINCE2 Practitioner
- Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM)
- Demonstrable experience with understanding software architecture and design patterns.
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
- Experience mentoring, coaching and developing talent in a cross-department capacity
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
- Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising inter-departmental teams
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a collaborative mentality
- Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
- Strong technical capability of databases, on-premise systems as well as cloud based SaaS systems and platforms
- Strong ability to manage expectations negotiate and establish win-win scenarios
- Experience and understanding of the nuances of on-premise software install, hardware development and life-cycle highly regarded.
