You are a self-driven individual, can work independently and is focused on your goals. You should have background in managing at least a few residential renovation projects in the tune 100k in the past. (Having managed landed houses project before is a bonus). Frankly, you may even be in your own business before but due to whatever reason, did not make it and feel it is better off now working with a stronger team.

You should know all the basic works of renovation projects, understand costing, know most of the materials in use in the market, can do some drawings on your own and have an interest meeting new customers. Your strength is in leading the project from initial brief to end product, when the customers happily move in; and in the process, working with designers, 3D visualizers, supervisors, foremen, suppliers, sub-con and project managers. To help you with your work, you use excel, word, Microsoft project, sketchup and CAD.
