**Sales**:

- Managing sales by developing business plans.
- Following up on pre-qualified leads to ensure quick turnaround time on contacting the customers.
- Meet new clients, understand their requirements in detail, and convert them into customers.

**Customer Management**:

- Building and maintaining relationships with customers;
- Single point of contact for all customers. Generation of customer queries;
- Resolving customers' complaints quickly and efficiently;
- Understanding customers’ requirements and communicating the same internally;
- Assisting customers with the on-boarding process;
- Helping customers with the entire implementation process, including installation

**Operations**:

- Ensure superior account management including sales, customer satisfaction and other business goals.
- Own your projects from start to finish, from design to execution
- Work closely with the client and our interior design team to finalize the home design, 3D designs, and GFC drawings
- Collaborate with the execution support team to ensure your design turns into reality seamlessly, until project handover.
- You may be required to be present in the office as and when required; for training, client and internal meetings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

- Interior design: 1 year (preferred)
