**Objective**:
We are seeking a Field Application Engineer to provide exceptional service to our existing customers, ensuring the operational after-sales and service support for power quality solutions in the Asia Pacific region, as well as other regions for special requests. This role involves second-level technical support, on-site interventions, in-house repairs/analysis, spare parts management, creation and maintenance of service documentation, and support/training of local service partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and support the after-sales/service business for power quality solutions in the Asia Pacific region, as well as other regions based on special requests.
- Travel up to 50-60% of the time, varying with service requirements.
- Provide technical support and conduct in-house repairs/analysis for power quality products.
- Organize, coordinate, and perform on-site interventions across the Asia Pacific region.
- Support the Sales Team in on-site maintenance contracts and repairs in Singapore.
- Coordinate between Sales and Quality departments regarding warranty claims.
- Responsible for service and exchange stock, spare parts/safety stock management, and monthly reporting.
- Create and maintain service documents.
- Support and train service partners, and develop requested service documentation, checklists, and templates.
- Optimize the Service product portfolio in the Asia Pacific region, including maintenance contracts.
- Monitor and update all service cases in CRM.
- Prepare and provide cost plans and actual costs for service cases to the Head of Service.
- Prepare quotations for service items requested by the sales department.
- Responsible for CRM management console.

**Job Requirements**:

- Several years of experience in customer support with field interaction.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics).
- Minimum of 3 years of technical experience in the field of industrial products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in basic MS Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel) and SAP (preferred).
- Interpersonal savvy.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Demonstrates a proactive follow-up and consultative approach.
- Ability to work independently while being customer-oriented and a team player.
- Demonstrates a high level of quality and safety awareness.
