**Field Services Engineer - Wastewater Treatment System**
- **Responsibilities**_
- Provide exceptional service to all existing and potential clients through general technical direction and assistance, including operational and logistic support, maintenance, repair, stock inventory, and installation of wastewater treatment system products.
- Interpretation of technical data and provide on-site guidance and instruction.
- Work closely with Technical Sales and Account Managers and provide them with details on status of the program execution, troubleshooting, failures, and trends.
- Support Clients with on-site guidance based on their assigned program utilization and interpretation of technical instructions ensuring the smooth running of operations and ground support for plants and equipment.
- Provide communications to Product Support and Field Service teams regarding all program activities and problems through regular and timely reports.
- Assist Clients in scheduling maintenance and overall workload.
- Ensure that plant equipment and parts operate in accordance with established standards and schedules.
- Review equipment breakdowns, identify potential challenges and make remedial recommendations on findings.
- Review the effectiveness of maintenance actions to determine training opportunities.
- Anticipate requirements beyond those that immediately affect the program and assist in implementing actions to satisfy those requirements.
- Manage, operate, and maintain wastewater treatment plants under the contracted terms and conditions.
- Ensure round-the-clock team availability to maintain operational support for EHS and production emergencies.
- Initiate and put into effect any necessary modifications and retrofit projects (Value-Added Projects).
- Provide sales support to internal and external parties as well as executing Client orders.
- **Qualifications**_
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university with at least two years of experience in a field service or maintenance position for water and wastewater / process treatment / semiconductor industries.
- Electrical/Instrument related experience with at least two years of experience in a field service or maintenance position in water and wastewater / process treatment industries.
- Two to five years’ experience in the operation & maintenance of water and wastewater treatment system or facility operation (RO, EDI, EDR, UF, Filters, WWTP).
- Experience with control system (SCADA or HMI).
- Strong Knowledge on water treatment system: Pretreatment, UF, RO, EDR, EDI/IX, UPW and wastewater treatment.
- Experience in managing a site team consisting of 3 - 6 team members.
- Diploma Holders in Mechanical Engineering or possess Electrical/Instrument background with more than three years of experience are welcome to apply.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
