**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in recruitment and employee on-offboarding (e.g. job posting, arrange for interviews, coordinating onboarding documents for new staff)
- Assist in maintaining the staff discipline in the office
- Assist director in any administrative and HR matters
- Ensure site workers have construction related license
- Search courses for development of employees
- Process payroll for employee
- Attending phone calls and walk in guest
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplier
- Providing support for business operations and Providing general office administrative assistance.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager.

**Job Requirements**
- You are passionate, creative, an achiever, highly self-motivated and an independent individual who is detailed oriented, possess strong skills relevant to the scope of work; able to work in a team and independently, possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to perform under tight schedule and pressure. Be ready to embark on a dynamic journey with us_
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Must also be able to handle all round General Administrative role when assigned.
- Able to handle multiple requests at the same time and deliver results meeting expectations.
- Fast, responsible, results driven and can deliver error-free results.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
