**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with event setup and teardown, including arranging decorations, signage, and equipment as needed.
- Assist guests with registration on event site
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Events Manager or team leaders.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as being an events assistant will be an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed, especially during peak event seasons.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate, Student job

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
