We are currently seeking a skilled and organized **Course Operations Manager **to lead the operations of our Government Funded courses. In this vital role, you will ensure that all policies and procedures fully comply with Government regulations. As the Course Operations Manager, your role will be critical in maintaining excellent service quality for Course Registration, Trainers management, and subsidy claims management. Your ability to manage emergencies and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will be key to your success.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the overall quality of services related to Course Registration, Trainers, and subsidy claims management.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with all stakeholders, including Government funding bodies.
- Develop and implement operational procedures, ensuring strict compliance with stakeholder requirements. Contribute to content creation and manage marketing promotions and advertisements to enhance product offerings and brand awareness.

**Requirements:
- At least five years of experience managing government-funded courses or working in a Training Provider environment.
- Proficient knowledge of all Government funded course claiming systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build a strong rapport with stakeholders.
- A collaborative team player, fostering efficiency and a positive team environment. Uphold strong work ethics and maintain confidentiality.
