at least three (3) years of teaching experience
Those with potential but without the relevant experience will work under supervision.

- Oversee the design, development, implementation, management, and review of a Course
Job Scope
Committee Involvement:
Involvement in Academic / Examination Board - Participate as member, if applicable
Involvement in Curriculum Committee - Participate as member in the planning, implementation and review of curriculum design and development of all courses
Involvement in Academic Meetings - Participate to ensure successful conduct of Academic Meetings
Academic Duties:
- Administration
o Reviewing, writing, and communicating the administrative requirements of academic policies, procedures, and processes
o Oversee own course in the areas of Curriculum Design, Development, Planning, Delivery and Review including Student Exception Handling, Student Feedback and Performance and Teacher Deployment, Course Review, monitoring teachers' timely submission of relevant academic documents for the relevant course, tracking the progress of students (include tracking of resubmission & reunit, communication with students, compiling and checking students' results) [HL2] of the relevant course;
o Carry out Class Observation when required
o Provide teaching and learning support such as development of e-learning materials, coordinate Learning Management System and other supporting applications
Teaching - Carry out teaching duties not more than 10 hours per week and other related duties and to complete the necessary documentation on time
Internship - Work with Assistant Mgr / Mgr or Coordinator (internship) to ensure successful implementation of the internship programme
Internal Audits - Participate as Internal Verifier
External Audits - Oversee preparation of documents for own course; Participate in the preparation for external audits and resolution of issues arising therefrom
Training - Continual Professional Development hours shall be achieved according to target set.
Others:
- Any other duties assigned by the Employer, Management and/or Supervisor
