**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and lead a treasury team that supports business objectives with strong tactical execution & strategic understanding
- Oversee the cash flow and overall finances of the organization with business operations around the globe.
- Ensure sufficient cash reserves within the company to meet its day-to-day operational needs
- Monitor and manage cash-flows to ensure liquidity and financial stability
- Project future cash requirements and mitigate financial risks e.g. interest rates risks, FX risks etc.
- Ensure treasury resources are aligned to support strategic and operational objectives
- Provide key insights and implement strategies to optimize liquidity
- Manage financial risks and devise long-term financial strategies for the organization
- Establish strong business relationships with external and internal stakeholders, including operating leaders, CEO, CFO, and investment bankers.
- Monitor capital calls with both shareholders according to budget and out-of-cycle capital call requirements
- Develop and maintain the banking authorization matrix across all Console Connect entities
- Manage banking relationships on operating bank activities
- Oversee group financial strategy with both internal shareholders for equity financing and external banks &lenders on debt financing
- Set up and monitor the credit facilities and trade products with banks
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree holder major in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Treasury operations, foreign exchange, and financial management with 5 years in group Treasurer position in a global organization
- Experience to lead Treasury function for a global organization across different money markets
- Experience working in bank-facing to corporate group clients
- Familiarity with structure finance and experience raising various loans and debt financing
- Experiences with corporate finance and operating banking compliance in a global business environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Accreditation from an international accounting body would be a bonus.
- Outstanding financial acumen developed within a financial institution, or within an investment bank/commercial bank serving a similar clientele.
- Prior experience of working in a multinational environment
