**Job Description**:

- Develop and execute a structured plan to create, implement, test, and maintain business continuity and crisis response.
- Bring BCM expertise and best practices into the company.
- Identify critical processes we should focus BCP creation on, to gain business resilience in a phased approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test business continuity plans.
- Collaborate with IT security team to set up the infrastructure required for BCP implementation.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends in business continuity and critical threats.
- Manage the wider business continuity program including policies and standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Coordinate and conduct briefing and awareness programs on business continuity, as needed.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 6 years in Business Continuity Management or Business Resilience role.
- Bachelor's degree in business, risk management, IT or a related field.
- Proven experience in business continuity management.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to business continuity. Appreciation of IT infrastructure and IT disaster recovery is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing demands, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to appropriately influence key stakeholders and effectively challenge when necessary.
- Certifications in business continuity management (e.g., CBCP, MBCI, ABCP) will be advantageous.
