Responsibilities:
The Business Continuity (BC) Manager is responsible for the Business Continuity Management (BCM) programme of the Company. Key responsibilities includes the following, but not limited to:

- Implement an appropriate BC Management methodology and procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines Update BCM policies and manuals to incorporate latest regulatory requirements and best practices
- Manage-end-to-end business continuity programme by communicating requirements and liaising with BCP coordinators to develop and document effective BC plans, Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and recovery strategies
- Strengthen BCM awareness at all levels of the company by delivering training and awareness workshops
- Work with BCP coordinators to conduct company wide BC tests, support crisis invocation including Industry Wide Exercise and coordinate implementation of recovery resources as appropriate
- Provide secretariat support to the business continuity disaster recovery committee (BCDRC) and management risk committee (MRC) - Liaise with auditors/inspectors to facilitate audits/regulatory inspections
- Undertake responsibilities that may be assigned by HOD/BM/SVP or other management members

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy, Banking/ Finance, Business and/or professional qualification in Risk Management
- Min. 4 to 6 years of relevant working experience in business continuity planning and management in banking or financial institutions
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Analytical and meticulous
- Self-driven and results oriented
- Knowledge of standards and framework relating to BCM, Disaster Recover and risk management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)
