**Responsibilities**
- Lead change frameworks across agile, lean and innovation thinking, such as design thinking, customer identification, cross-functional synthesis and horizon thinking, among other frameworks
- Identify key metrics for tracking change management initiatives and report them for management alignment to drive organisational success
- Support the Head of Innovation and New Business Models to drive ideations and validations for new digital and innovation revenue streams with the capacity for regional growth
- Develop and coach the team and representatives across the organisation on the principles of agile, lean and innovation thinking; practices shall be divided and curated for the hierarchy within the organisation
- Identify opportunities for lean and agile to achieve cost savings efficiency throughout the organisation
- Reinforce change culture through programmes, events and policies; facilitation of such programmes and events will be required Be the change management lead for the organisation

**Requirements**:

- An experienced and dynamic change management lead with at least 6-8 years experience
- At least 5-7 years of experience handling senior stakeholders
- Hands-on knowledge of agile, lean and innovation principles
- Experience managing a team with multiple project timelines
- Interest in innovation across industries and experience working with technology and startups
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
