**Responsibilities**:

- Create and design new cocktails and other beverages, taking into account flavor profiles, ingredients, and presentation.
- Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that the bar is well-stocked with all necessary ingredients, equipment, and supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including equipment, glasses, and ingredients.
- Develop relationships with guests, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and new ingredients, techniques, and equipment.
- Train and mentor other bar staff in mixology and beverage preparation.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant education or certification in mixology preferred.
- 3 years of experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
- Excellent knowledge of mixology, including ingredients, techniques, and flavor profiles.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and friendly environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
