**Bartender / Junior Mixologist**

**Position Overview**:
We're currently seeking a passionate and talented Bartender / Junior Mixologist to join our team. As a Bartender / Junior Mixologist, partake in the curation of an innovative cocktail menu that complements our unique cuisine and be responsible for the bar inventory. You will also work closely with the Service team in ensuring exceptional service, playing a pivotal role in shaping the atmosphere and success of our establishment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partake in the development of an enticing cocktail menu that showcases the fusion of Italian/French and Japanese flavours, utilizing premium spirits and fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with Service operations to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create beverage pairings that enhance the overall dining experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bartender / Junior Mixologist in a restaurant or hospitality establishment.
- Basic understanding of wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.
- Background in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
