Our client is a high end bar, looking for bartender / Mixologist who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving drinks to patrons, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. This role requires an expert in the art of cocktail creation, responsible for crafting unique and innovative beverages. Having deep understanding of flavor profiles, ingredient pairing, and advanced mixing techniques.

**Job Description**:

- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Take drink orders from customers or wait staff.
- Serve wine, draft or bottled beer, and other beverages.
- Design and create signature cocktails and drink menus.
- Experiment with ingredients to develop new drink recipes.
- Prepare and serve cocktails with precision and flair.
- Ensure the aesthetic presentation of drinks, including garnishes and glassware.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into the menu.
- nteract with customers to understand their preferences and make tailored drink recommendations.
- Educate patrons about the cocktails, ingredients, and techniques used.
- Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Source high-quality ingredients, including spirits, bitters, syrups, and garnishes.
- Manage inventory and maintain an organized stock of bar supplies.
- Ensure consistency in taste and quality of all drinks served.
- Train and mentor junior bartenders and bar staff.
- Lead by example in maintaining high standards of service and creativity.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience as a bartender or mixologist.
- In-depth knowledge of cocktail ingredients, mixing techniques, and presentation.
- Creativity and passion for crafting unique beverages.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to engage with patrons.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively.
- Physical ability to handle the demands of the job, including long hours on your feet.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
