**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for reception management such as receiving calls, courier management, postal mails, ordering of business cards etc.
- Attends to all visitors, administer registration of visitors and issuance of passes
- Monitor visitor access and Managing Visitor/contractor pass
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Organize conference and meeting room bookings
- Coordinate meetings and organize catering
- Control inventory relevant to reception area
- Covering purchasing functions and ordering of stocks/raising PO for stationeries and other general items.
- Cover any administrative functions as required by the Management.
- Other administrative ad -hoc duties: ordering food for client/visitor visits, carpark renewal, assist in preparation of new hire on-boarding process

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative and/or clerical work
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Good communication and task prioritizing skills
