**Role**

The Corporate Secretarial Executive will work closely with and assist the Executive Director and Managers in the Corporate Secretarial (CoSec) department to provide overall management of the corporate secretarial work and facilitation as well as internal services of the corporate level and the external liaison work.

**Job scope**
- Handle a portfolio of local private limited companies and branches of foreign companies with mínimal supervision.
- Manage all corporate secretarial work related to your portfolio including preparing necessary documents/resolutions, bizfiling, updating statutory registers, liaising with clients, etc.
- Liaise with and advise clients on company formation, annual compliance and on-going company administration matters.
- Liaising with Registered Agent for incorporation of offshore companies.
- Maintaining and updating of companies’ statutory, registers, filing of certain specific resolutions with the Company Registrar of various offshore jurisdictions in compliance with the respective statutory requirements of each jurisdiction.
- Performing any other ad-hoc assignments.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Knowledge of BizFile and XBRL will be an advantage.
- 1-2 years corporate secretarial experience in the Corporate Services Industry.
- Minimum Diploma + Certification of specific major, or equivalent corporate secretarial qualifications.
