**Location: Centra West
- The primary responsibilities for this role involve overseeing lease management tasks such as preparing and reviewing lease documents, activating contracts, and maintaining a tenancy schedule. This includes handling lease documentation, conducting audits on leases and tenants, managing arrears, and performing other lease-related functions.
- You will be responsible for inputting information into the system, maintaining the database, and monitoring the status of lease documents.
- In charge of managing arrears by collecting payments from tenants and generating arrears reports at regular intervals.
- Tracking security deposits, monitoring the submission of gross sales turnover reports and audited sales reports, and making adjustments based on audited sales will also fall under your purview.
- Covering various administrative duties.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are essential.
- Experience in SAP will be an added advantage.
- You should be meticulous, diligent, a team player, independent and process initiative. Other key attributes include excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
