**What the role is**
- DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, ROAD PRICING SYSTEMS

**What you will be working on**

You will be part of the team that is tasked to implement the nationwide transition from the current ERP1 system to the ERP 2.0 system in Singapore. You will analyse and respond to calls, written feedback and queries from members of the public regarding the pre
- and post-installation of the ERP 2.0 on-board unit, and other ERP-related queries.

You will also take on a supervisory role for daily operations including coaching of officers, handling of escalated cases and calls, vetting replies, and ensuring good performance of the team. You will need to keep abreast of latest policies and operational details to provide accurate information in your responses, resolve public’s feedback and queries effectively and promptly, and provide accurate and timely guidance to the team.

At the same time, you will be tasked to collate and analyse feedback data and trends for management report to help inform policy formulation and review, with the aim of ensuring a smooth transition from ERP1 to ERP 2.0 system.

**What we are looking for**
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience in feedback management, public communications or service delivery operations, with prior experiences in leading a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin, Malay or Tamil would be a bonus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that can translate analysis into in-depth case assessment and strong ability to handle exceptional cases.
- Self-motivated and resilient to be able to handle difficult customers.
- Quick learner, resourceful and a good team player.
- Meticulous and attentive to details.
