We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to be responsible for the general maintenance & upkeep of our IT infrastructure and provide IT support to internal and external stakeholders.

**How you will do it**
- Responsible for the installation, configuration & maintenance of equipment, including networks, server & hardware
- Provide users with on-site & remote day-to-day support, investigation, diagnosis & resolution of service related issue
- System monitoring/management, log review & data backup
- Internal & external product evaluation
- IT equipment inventory records & projects as required

**What we are looking for**
- Diploma holder or above in Computer Studies, Computer Science or related discipline
- Over 2-years hands-on working experience in administration and operation of network router, switch, firewall, proxy server, VPN gateway, Windows server and software distribution systems and/or Network support services
- Knowledge of Network infrastructure management/ Fortigate firewall and WiFi management
- Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in CENTOS / Ubuntu System will be advantageous
- Fluency in both English & Mandarin essential due to the job requiring constant communications between our cross functional teams based in Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan & Greater China offices
- 1 year renewable contract, dependent on performance
- Immediate availability or at short notice preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $3,200.00 - $3,800.00 per month
