- This role supports the CEO Office in driving organisational performance and operational effectiveness. It works with senior leadership to ensure data, planning, and execution align with enterprise goals, while also supporting CEO-led projects, audits, and department oversight.**Responsibilities**

**Organisational Performance & Alignment**
- Define and maintain KPIs, OKRs, and key success metrics in partnership with department leads
- Ensure cross-functional performance metrics align with overall enterprise goals
- Maintain central dashboards, trackers, and reporting systems for executive visibility
- Conduct data analysis and performance reviews to surface risks, trends, and areas for intervention
- Standardise reporting formats and ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of performance data
- Support business planning cycles by preparing dashboards, performance summaries, and reports

**Internal Operations & Department Oversight**
- Track and monitor CEO-priority initiatives, milestones, and risks
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs and updates for initiatives led or overseen by the CEO Office
- Monitor the performance of departments reporting into the CEO Office
- Contribute to manpower and resource planning cycles across departments
- Support or conduct internal audits, follow-up on corrective actions, and ensure process compliance
- Monitor operational processes to ensure alignment with strategic and organisational goals

**CEO Projects & Organisational Initiatives**
- Lead or support CEO-commissioned research, fact-finding, or deep-dive projects
- Consolidate planning inputs for organisational design, resourcing, and structural reviews
- Prepare briefing notes, vetting inputs, and executive-ready documents for CEO or leadership use
- Support the coordination and execution of cross-departmental initiatives requiring strategic oversight or tracking
- Help maintain smooth communication and alignment between the CEO Office and business units
- Provide backup support for CEO engagement logistics when required

**Requirements**:

- You should be a savvy communicator with exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- You should function well in both structured and unstructured environments, using your analytical and critical reasoning skills to create actionable solutions.
