We are seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead our HR department in the media and entertainment industry. As the Head of HR, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, overseeing the recruitment process, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall goals of the company
- Oversee the recruitment process to ensure that the right people are hired for the right job
- Identify, develop and retain key talent within the organization
- Manage employee relations issues, such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with industry standards
- Collect and analyze HR data to develop insights that will help the company make better decisions related to talent management, employee engagement, and other HR-related issues
- Create and implement a diversity and inclusion strategy that promotes a culture of inclusivity and equity within the organization
- Oversee all HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining personnel files, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and managing HR software systems

**Requirements:

- **
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership position
- Strong understanding of the media and entertainment industry and its unique challenges
- Able to demonstrate an understanding of the latest HR trends and practices.
- Able to see HR as a strategic asset critical for helping the Company achieve its long-term strategic goals while adopting a “hands-on” attitude to resolving HR issues on the ground.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with HR software systems
