**Overview of the position**:

- You will work closely with senior marketing and sales leaders.
- You will provide strategic insights to drive business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across finance, marketing, and operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a business consultant for Asia Marketing and Sales leadership.
- Develop models and dashboards for product launches and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct detailed analytics and provide actionable insights for sales and marketing teams.
- Analyse customer data from major marketing events and trade shows.
- Support ROI analysis for peer-to-peer learning initiatives.
- Create tools that empower the capital sales team.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues with cross functional teams.
- Utilize SQL and Tableau for data analysis in CRM, Customer Service, and Finance.
- Prepare board-level presentation materials for executive leadership.

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy (Master’s preferred)
- 6-8 years of relevant work experience; Big 4 Audit firm experience and commercial exposure is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong critical thinking and intellectual curiosity.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive interaction.
- Strong BI tools and SAP experience.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills.
