Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Operations Analyst to play a key role in supporting the financial health and operational efficiency of our company. This role will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to both finance and operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and supporting strategic decision-making.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including monthly closing procedures, variance analysis, and budgeting.

Support with accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing invoices and payments.

Assist the Finance team with financial planning and analysis, including forecasting and cash flow management.

Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.

Provide support with various operational tasks, including tenant management, lease administration, and vendor relations.

Liaise with external parties, such as potential investors, accountants, property owners and property management companies.

Assist with the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and controls.

Prepare presentations and reports to communicate financial and operational information to management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

1-2 years of experience in a finance or operations role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software (e.g., accounting software).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and German (are a must).

Experience in Client Service is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
