**Enrichment Centre Manager**

Reporting to the Centre Director on administration matters This role is a dedicated internal and external client service position involving filling up, issuing and filing of paperwork related to the centre, parental engagement, regular interactions with champs and working co-operatively with all team members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle enquiries pertaining to enrichment
- Operations Planning (includes scheduling, classrooms availability, trainers availability etc)
- Arrange for replacement or hybrid lessons if needed from parents
- Aware of programmes available and their relevant investments
- Able to use the relevant system for leads tracking and enrolments
- Handle parents feedback
- Ensure all resources, rooms, trainers, systems, preparations are done before every class
- Friendly & Positive disposition, to welcome parents, Champs, attendance, temp taking etc and ensure smooth operation on weekends
- Ensure communications in parents app are addressed
- Ensure and maintain good relationships/rapport with parents
- Admin matters pertaining to centres for enrichment
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Centre Director

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or higher in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience with primary school students.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Enthusiastic & energetic
- Creative and loving energy with a positive disposition
