**Production Manager (Exhibition) Wanted**

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented multi-tasker with solid fabrication knowledge in carpentry works. As a **Production Manager (Contract)** you will be the driving force behind turning our designs to reality. You’ll work closely with clients, vendors, organizers, and the fabrication team to ensure every booth is executed flawlessly, meets all regulations, and is built with the best possible materials and techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Liaise with clients** to understand technical and practical requirements.
- **Brief designers** to create spot-on designs according to the client’s brief.
- **Work with vendors and carpenters** to ensure high-quality fabrication.
- **Advise on materials and fabrication methods**, and engage with carpenters on a technical level with hands-on expertise.
- **Ensure compliance** with exhibition rules, safety regulations, and approval processes.
- **Optimize builds** by proposing smart construction methods that save cost, time, and enhance durability.
- **Conduct cost calculations and budgeting** to optimize material and production expenses.
- **Oversee on-site setup**, ensuring smooth execution from fabrication to installation.

**What you have to bring to the table**:

- **Deep knowledge of materials** (wood, metal, acrylic, laminates, etc.) and surface finishes.
- Strong experience in **exhibition booth fabrication and production**preferably with one of the leading booth builders.
- Ability to **troubleshoot and improve** designs for better execution.
- Solid understanding of **exhibition regulations and setup approvals**.
- Experience working with **carpenters, contractors, and suppliers**.
- Solid **Excel formula & formatting skills** to ensure accurate calculations.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: $500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
