**Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced freelance trainer to partner with us on a high-impact project for a major aviation client. We need a skilled professional to design, develop, and conduct a full-day refresher training session for senior-level officers. The goal is to enhance their communication and interpersonal skills for handling sensitive situations, specifically when interacting with the family members or next-of-kin of passengers during a crisis.

**Responsibilities**
- **Training Delivery**: Conduct a full-day coaching session for a small group of 4-9 participants. The session should be dynamic and interactive, focusing on practical skills and communication techniques. The training must be completed by mid-October 2025.
- **Participant Engagement**: Facilitate discussions, lead role-playing exercises, and provide constructive feedback to ensure participants master the content.
- **Optional Engagement**: We may offer an optional engagement for you to deliver additional sessions if required. We are also providing a quote for professional actors to role-play during a separate crisis exercise.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a corporate trainer or coach, particularly in **interpersonal skills** and **crisis communication**.
- Exceptional delivery and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage a senior-level audience (General Manager-level and above).
- Strong working knowledge of the **aviation or transport industries**is highly required.
- Experience in conducting training related to sensitive or delicate situations is a must.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
