**Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the Assistant Customer Service Executive will be responsible for duties, including but not limited to the following:

- Preparing service quotations.
- Coordinating between service centre, store and accounts departments to ensure that service orders are posted accurately and in a timely manner.
- Providing administrative support on service warranties and related documentations.
- Delivering meaningful customer experience and ensuring that all customers’ enquiries and complaints are handled professionally.

**Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec qualification holders with 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Prior experience in sales and retail are preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of ERP System will be an added advantage.
- Have initiative and ability to work independently.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Ability to communicate at different levels within the organization.
- Normal Working Hours - Mon to Fri (8am to 5pm) & 1 Sat (8am to 5pm) per month.
- Need to work OT on 1 Sat (8am to 5pm) per month.
