Assistant Manager, Programme and Office Management

The Undergraduate Programmes Office (UPO) at Nanyang Business School (NBS) is a one-stop service centre providing academic and student services for all undergraduates at NBS. UPO oversees the management and operations of academic programmes and also runs student life initiatives in support of the personal growth and development of undergraduates during their academic tenure at NBS.
The role is required to provide leadership and oversight for the Programme and Office Management (POM) team, looking after the following areas in UPO to ensure a meaningful and enriching academic student experience for our undergraduates:
- External Awards/Scholarships, Bursaries, Grants and other Financial Aid Schemes
- Student Awards & Valedictorians
- Graduation Certificates
- Certification Requests and General Enquiries
- International Trading Programme Management and Student Support (which includes organising local and overseas experiential learning trips)
- Student Feedback on Teaching and Teacher of the Year Award
- Accreditations
- Finance, HR and Facilities Related Matters
- Office Administration
- Institutional Submissions
- Work Study Scheme
- Event Organising
- Data Management
- Process Innovation
**Requirements**:
- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with at least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the education sector
- Prior experience in a relevant administrative role in an institution of higher learning will be advantageous
- Strong people management and leadership skills; Supervisory experience is required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated, resourceful and flexible in adjusting and responding to changing priorities
- Ability to work independently and as a team, personal initiative and team spirit in the effective implementation of projects
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, multi-task and deliver with quality and timeliness
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, planning and organisational abilities
- Organised and meticulous with an eye for details
