Manager, Academic and Programme Management

**SUMMARY**
Reporting to the Executive Director, this role will assist in developing and designing curriculum and courses suitable for programmes in the area of data analytics, computer science and computer programming.
A key purpose of the role is to assist the Executive Director with content creation, and training of internal staff to be able to meet the needs of the College, in delivering quality programmes to all learners.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist in developing and designing curriculum and courses in the area of data analytics, computer science and computer programming (the “ **Infotech Programmes **”).
- Administration of the Company’s courses and programmes in the Infotech Programmes.
- Deliver and teach courses under the Infotech Programmes.
- Working with and training adjunct lecturers in delivering the Infotech Programmes.
**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Applied Mathematics or related fields.
- Experience in teaching is an advantage.
- Experience / knowledge in database management / data analytics / data visualisation is an advantage.
- Ability to work on own initiative and in autonomous capacity.
- Can work under pressure.
