**Call Center cum Admin**
- Attending to inbound / outbound calls
- To address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure follow up on cases escalated
- Provide administrative support assigned by Project Manager
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager
**Requirement**: Minimum N / O levels / Fresh graduate are welcome / Fluent in English / Short notice will be advantage
**Working hour**: 8am to 6pm, (1hr lunch time) Monday to Friday
**Working location**: 30 Marsiling Lane, S(739149)
**Salary**: Up to $2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
**Experience**:
- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
