CMS is seeking a skilled and passionate Application Specialist / Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Application Specialist / Manager, you will play a crucial role in training and educating our valued customers on the effective and efficient use of our flagship product, Prostate Biopsy System. Your expertise and hands-on approach will empower healthcare professionals to optimize their urological procedures with confidence and precision.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions for our customers, including urologists, medical practitioners, and support staff.
- Deliver comprehensive and effective demonstrations of ultrasound imaging and other functionalities of our product.
- Provide expert guidance and support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring optimal utilization and seamless integration of our system into their medical practices.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop training materials, educational resources and marketing collateral to enhance customer engagement and product awareness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in urological procedures and competitive product offerings to contribute valuable insights for continuous improvement and innovation in product development.
- Travel to customer sites, workshops, and medical conferences as needed to facilitate training programs and represent company at industry events.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in urological procedures and familiarity with imaging.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Previous experience in conducting medical equipment training sessions or educational workshops is a plus.
- Proficiency in using various presentation and communication tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to travel as required for training and customer support purposes.
