The Gaming Solutions Category team is seeking for a Product Lifecycle Manager to lead Gaming Notebooks in Asia Pacific as part of a Worldwide (WW) Gaming Category team.
We deliver exceptional Gaming solutions with cutting-edge design, performance, and ecosystem integration. Setting new standards and creating unforgettable experiences for gamers globally.
The mission is to level up the Market Category, Sales Team and rest of the key stakeholders with in-depth knowledge of HP gaming solutions, develop a strong roadmap.
Need to be adaptive of working with cross-functional and cross-regional teams in different time zones.

**What a Gaming Notebook Product Lifecycle Manager (Asia Pacific Japan) does at HP**:
- Product Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for gaming PC, including defining target market segments, product positioning, and feature prioritization based on market trends and customer needs.
- Product Development and Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches. Manage the product lifecycle, including product updates, enhancements, and discontinuations.
- Market Analysis and Competitive Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, track industry trends, and stay informed about competitors' offerings. Use data and insights to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Pricing and Revenue Management: Set pricing strategies for gaming PC products based on market dynamics, cost considerations, and competitive positioning. Monitor and optimize pricing to maximize revenue and profitability while ensuring value for customers.
- Go-to-Market and Sales Enablement: Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective go-to-market plans, including product positioning, messaging, and promotional activities. Provide category and sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and product knowledge to drive sales and meet revenue targets.

**Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess**:
- Gaming Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the gaming industry, including market trends, emerging technologies, and consumer preferences specific to PC gaming.
- Product Management: Strong product management skills to oversee the entire lifecycle of gaming PC products, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch support.
- Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in understanding the technical aspects of gaming PCs, including hardware components, software platforms, and performance specifications.
- Market Research and Analysis: Ability to conduct product market research, analyze data, and gather insights to inform product strategy, pricing, positioning, and target audience segmentation.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, such as product development, sales, and creative, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and drive business results.
- Adaptability to work in matrix global organization in different time zone setups.
- College degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Product Design, Marketing or Information Technology.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product, Marketing, Project management.
