**About the Job**

An Executive/Senior Executive with the Treasury Department, reporting to Manager, is a hybrid role responsible for daily operational treasury activities as well as management of projects.

**Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
- Manage trade-related documents which includes and not limited to issuance of import Letter of Credit, negotiation of export trade bills etc
- Handle treasury related accounting journal entry
- Handle transactions such as bank guarantees, LC discounting and invoice financing
- Liaise and maintain good working relationship with both internal and external stakeholders
- Reconciliation of bank charges report
- Preparation of treasury related and management reports to monitor counterparty/country exposure and trade credit utilisation
- Support projects relating to digitalization and streamlining of operation
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

**Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in fields in Accounting, Business and Finance or its equivalent
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in Trade Operation
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Contribute to a positive work environment fostering the values of initiative, and a good learning mindset
- Demonstrate strong ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Knowledge in SAP will be advantageous.
