**Job Description Summary**

Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, the Assistant Facilities Manager supports the facilities organization at a specific location, set of buildings, or campus environment. The Assistant Facilities Manager is charged with supporting the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, programs and workplace services delivery that provides a well-managed and well-maintained building. Places an emphasis on a positive response to the concerns and needs of the tenants, environmental health and safety, and quality programs, in coordination with the client's goals and objectives.

**About the Role**:

- Service Delivery & Compliance - Ensure the team meets service standards under the Performance Management Framework and compliance with KPIs.
- Issue Resolution & Preventive Actions - Analyze feedback cases, coordinate with contractors, and plan preventive maintenance to address recurring issues.
- Case Management - Oversee seepage and roof leakage cases, including inspections, rectifications, and long-term planning.
- Stakeholder & Team Support - Collaborate with agencies on site issues, mentor new officers, and guide the team on technical matters.
- Inspections & Safety Compliance - Conduct ad hoc inspections, MP walks, verify work orders, and ensure Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards.

**About You**:

- Proven track record as a PO or SPO in township management.
- Demonstrate positive service attitude and good track record of serving residents and grassroots organizations. Compliments received by residents or GRLs will be an advantage.
- Able to communicate and connect well with external stakeholders and internal customers.
- Demonstrate good teamwork and willing to assist new colleagues.
- Diploma in Building, Building Maintenance/ Management, Facilities Management, or other approved qualifications preferred but not mandatory.
