**POSITION PROFILE**:

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
Respond to security alarms and emergency situations
Respond to emergency situations when security officers are
Establish security presence and reports all unusual situations and suspicious persons
Assure the security of property through inspection of facility security systems
Manage security incidents and hazards
Provide security for buildings and property
Create security concerns or safety hazards
Fulfill the duties of a security officer and/or security dispatcher and other duties
Serve as the senior security officer on duty
Provide emergency response to security/fire alarms at off-site facilities
Investigate suspicious activity or persons
Patrolling property to ensure safety and security
Perform many essential functions at the client's location
Create security concerns or safety hazards
Provide security escort as assigned throughout facility
Note any security, safety or fire hazards
Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle
Perform security inspections and assist with security assessments conducted by CS
Identify safety and security concerns
Perform building security and safety checks

**Ability / Competency Required**:

- Able to work well as a team player while being independent and pro-active
- Positive attitude in a challenging work environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform multi-tasking
- Able to work on the night shift
- Must possess PLRD Security License
