Purpose:
Execute Business & Project Mgmt processes for Company Project Execution & headquarters following the methodologies stablished in company Management System, so as to support internal client to achieve their goals and the company to achieve the strategy.

**Responsibilities**:
**Strategy Management**
- Perform the analysis of the internal and external strengths and weaknesses and definition of the strategic goals.
- Perform the analysis on time and following the templates/methodology in order to support strategy planning deadlines

**Performance Management**
- Define each Departments and Projects goals
- Check and validate the calculation of KPIs and update on the system done by Jr Analysts.
- Schedule and support the facilitation of results-based meetings with Departments and Projects
- Ensure the analysis and calculations are done on time and accurate following the templates/methodology to meet performance management cycle milestones.
- Performance Management Goals cascading Commitment Analytical skills Customer focus Work under pressure Team coordination (basic knowledge)

**Project Management**
- Support and guide the departments to prepare Project Plan and update Project Status in the system regarding Schedule, Costs, Quality, Scope, Communications, Risk, HR and Stakeholders
- Perform the quality checks on the Project Plan and Monitoring activities done by Jr Analysts and Analysts
- Ensure the projects planning/updates are done on time and following the methodology to support managers on their project planning and monitoring.
- Project Management Organization/planning

**Process Management**
- Map Guides, Processes Standards and Work Instructions with the departments, following standard notation and looking for processes improvements
- Coordinate the IMS documents preparation for the departments, by checking status and perform quality checks on the documents
- Ensure the mapping of processes on time and following the correct notations. Ensure the usage of the correct document type for each IMS document in the company
- Process Management Focus on results Interpersonal relationship Flexibility Team coordination (basic knowledge)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Digital, IT or related. Master's is a nice to have.
- 7-10 years of expereince
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio
