Promote SEIBI Project in cooperation with Head Office relating departments.

Implementation of Global Core Banking System for Singapore branch and Asian offices from business operation and user perspective.

Global Core Banking Systems are “Mobius” for Remittance/Customer registration, “ACBS” for Loan / Credit Limit, “Eximbills” for Trade, “Fits Global” for Market FX/MM/security, “OBS” for derivative, “Flexcube” for Deposit, “Oracle ERP Cloud” for General Ledger, supported by AIOD systems, branch EUCs and user department system / tools.

Re-engineer business workflow based on new systems and Asian standard workflows.

Standardization of the operations procedure and systems across Asian offices.

Perform as Business Operation TF individual area member and Cross sectional PMO.

Manage Working Groups and hold “Asia Oceana Working Group / Sub Working Group Committee”, “PMO meeting”, “Area PMO meeting” to promote the project by reporting the status and approve the discussion points.

Manage the budget and resource for Business Operation TF and Working group.

Support “Users related departments in Singapore branch / Asian offices” to promote SEIBI Project Define business operation requirements for “To Be Systems” and confirm the result of the development through planned tests.

Clean up and feed data for data migration from current systems to “To Be Systems”.

Train users for using “To Be Systems”.

Develop user tools, such as RPA/Access/Excel Macro etc., for users to assist business operation.

Confirm and announce impacts to the customer by implementing “To Be Systems” with users and perform tests if needed.

Execute business rehearsal lead by users.

Plan business continuity plan with users in Singapore and secure measurements in case of system failure.

Establishment of procedure, rule and organization chart to be applied after launching “To Be Systems” for user operation and for system maintenance.
