**Senior Manager, Global Key Accounts, Hyperscale, Data Centres**

Using your network and interpersonal skills, you will cultivate strong relationships throughout target organizations to influence the sales process. You will be responsible for leading bid strategy and RFP responses across both colocation and built to suit scenarios.

As the Senior Manager, Key Accounts, you will work with presales engineering to qualify and deliver accurate and complete solutions. Cultivating deep relationships with customers, you will ensure their success by maintaining close contact and strong communication, from initial project discussions throughout the negotiation, project delivery and operational phases.

Having a sense of urgency in meeting customer objectives and working well with cross functional team members is critical to success in this role.

You will work closely with local country teams to lead strategic customer account planning, ensuring customers’ needs and expectations are met.

**Responsibilities**
- Create opportunities to serve customers’ expansion plans across multiple markets, with a focus on promoting the company's new market expansions
- Cultivate deep client relationships with senior and C-level management, key decision makers and other relevant stakeholders to develop a robust pipeline
- Proactively lead and execute a strategic account planning process to support client expansion plans across new and existing international markets
- Commercially and financially astute, with the ability to lead and close contract negotiations to maximise profitability and manage risk
- Identify new development opportunities through research and market intelligence
- Leverage our inhouse platform resources to develop high quality proposals, owning the bid process end to end
- Forecast and report on opportunities to management for planning purposes

**Qualifications**
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Existing relationships with international hyperscale customers within APAC will be highly regarded
- A demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing high value, technically complex deals
- Detailed knowledge of the data centre industry, investment trends and customer deployment requirements
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- A history of being able to influence and work collaboratively with cross functional and geographically diverse stakeholders
- The ability to travel, as required

This an opportunity to join an established, well regarded data centre owner and operator with significant expansion plans across APAC and EMEA. You will have significant exposure to the full data centre development lifecycle along with regular C-level contact.

This role will report to the Global Head of Commercial and is based in Singapore.
