- **Client**: A1 Main Contractor.
- **Location**: West Area, with Transport pick up from Jurong East MRT
- **Working Hrs**: Mon - Friday, 5 days work week, 44 hrs.
- **Salary**:$5.5 -7.5K Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.
- **Staff Benefits**: Year-End Bonus + VB, 14 days annual leave.

*** Must Have **Min 5- 15 years **of **Singapore** Civil construction Experience.***

**Requirements**:

- Good Spoken / written English, communication & interpersonal skills
- Must have a minimum of **5 - 15 years of Singapore Civil** **Project working experience
- Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, CIVIL Construction Management,
- 3 years of relevant experience preferably experience in Oil & GAS, Civil projects
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, English Speaking.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, etc

**Responsibilities**:REMARKS**:The Employers **Will NOT **Sponsor ANY Work Pass.**
- Preparation of RFQs
- Manage Contracts administration
- Maintenance of project documentation
- Source for quotation for materials and services
- Responsible for progress claims, variation orders, budget & cost control
- Preparation of subcontractor’s/ supplier’s procurement, agreements, and payments
- Analysis and Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
- Cost planning, estimations, and measurement of quantities
- Handle issues including extension of time, terms and conditions, loss and expenses claim
- Prepare settlement for final account
