Your profile:
Vantage takes pride in our strategy growth business role, and we look for a person that shares the same passion for always giving the best efforts in crafting out strategies that align with Vantage’s growth direction and good client’s experience. We are looking for a Regional Business Strategy Manager in Singapore in order to support Vantage Markets’ strategic business in APAC region successfully. This role report directly to the Regional Business Development Director.
Success Criteria for the Position are:
- A main driving source to globalize business in APAC region
- Execute sales strategies for different client segments within the organization
- Identify areas of potential business revenue growth and concern for the organisation and escalate through management
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring that the performance of each team continues to meet the achievable standards
- Establish and deliver a compelling business strategy that aligns with the company's direction across the industry and regions
- Understanding the industry market well and partnering the dynamics of business team personnel in various countries. This includes consistent communication with Regional Business Development Director and respective country team manager / leader on business conditions and staff needs daily
- Working with stakeholders at different time zone, whenever required
- Analysing market or competitors' trends as well as strategies
- Hunting for new business opportunities and partnering with various sales teams to identify potential leads
- Attending to ad-hoc tasks such as like problem solving, team training and business guidance
- Participate in global training programs and keeping oneself updated with all the new product launches
- Participate in internal and external events such as seminars, roadshows, and expos
- Participate in client affinity events and organize client’s educational seminars
Competence Requirements
- Degree holder, preferably with 2 - 4 years of related front office experience in the financial or fintech industry
- Good derivatives product knowledge
- Fresh degree graduates are welcome to apply
- Native English and Chinese language speaker
- Able to communicate in multiple languages will be advantageous
- Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
- Strong interest in finance and trading
- IT competence including good Microsoft office and power-point skills

- Ability to take on ownership of set tasks and targets and manage on large sales-initiated strategy projects

- Customer-service oriented and able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
