We have assembled a talented and diverse team of experts and are looking for a Senior Strategy Director who has the ability to discern insights from observations, with a proven track record of working successfully with cross-functional teams, and a drive to help clients navigate the new retail environment that is quickly blending digital and physical experience.

**Role Description**

As a Regional Strategy Director, you will be the senior strategic resource for regional and global businesses based in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**
- Drive strategy across the different capabilities of the company.
- Develop a strategy as a core revenue stream across the businesses
- Deliver world-class strategic output and outcomes for the assigned businesses
- Work in close collaboration with regional discipline heads and regional counterparts

**Required Skills**:

- Ideal experience: Minimum 8-12 years, with at least 2 years in a senior strategy role and potential exposure to Asia consumers and strategy.
- Capabilities and expertise: Strategic advisory and consulting around marketing and business; strong brand strategy Foundation; Digital strategy and technology fluent in overarching strategy (doesn't have to have in-depth understanding or knowledge of martech stacks/CRM solutions etc.,); Strong commercial understanding of businesses.
- Breadth of knowledge and demonstrated experience across digital tools and touchpoints, including: web, CRM, Mobile, SEO,
- Ability to effectively collaborate with, influence and, at times, lead cross-functional teams, internal and external
- A demonstrated passion, familiarity, and curiosity with design thinking and/or other structured approaches and methodologies
- Strong leadership and communication, internally and externally

Hunger to make a big impact and help grow client businesses.
- Burning desire to learn new dimensions, especially understanding Martech and data implications for strategy.
- Ability to see the big picture at 30,000ft and yet be able and willing to roll up the sleeves and do the real work.
- Manage, partner and inspire people - Clients, colleagues and juniors.
