**Your New Role**
- Perform onboarding processing including document review and account set-up. Ensure adherence to regulations, guidelines, standards and UBS policies. Maintain in-depth awareness of potential legislative and UBS policy breaches and act to proactively prevent their occurrence.
- Provide support to internal clients through hotline/advisory support. Business partners include but not limited to within operations, Legal and Compliance, Business Risk Management, Project team(s).
- Engage in process improvement project(s) to streamline & automate the document review and/or static update process

**What you need to succeed**
- 2-6 years of experience in Wealth Management Onboarding, Client Lifecycle Maintenance or related Operations roles. Working knowledge of Hong Kong and/or Singapore regulatory landscape favored.
- Strong risk and control mindset with a structured and logical approach to analysis and problem-solving.
- Experience in leading and/or implementing process changes & automation favored
