Senior Executive, Course Evaluation

The Senior Executive is part of the team who manages student feedback and regular review exercises to support continuous improvement to the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) programme. This position is responsible for implementing surveys, analysing data, generating and consolidating reports, secretariat to review meetings and logístical support in events.
Responsibilities:
- Extract and process survey data from Verint Survey Management System.- Maintain Excel data masterlist for all undergraduate student surveys.- Respond to ad-hoc and regular requests for quantitative data, qualitative data and summary statistics from healthcare institutions and other stakeholders.- Collate and monitor feedback response rates in weekly surveys.- Summarise weekly qualitative feedback from student surveys and highlight areas of concern.- Liaise with faculty, educators, and facilitators to request follow-up action on student feedback.- Check, clean-up and verify data in masterlist to ensure data integrity prior to preparation of data sets for co-workers to generate reports.- Compute and present annual summary student satisfaction statistics for management reporting, decision making on teaching excellence awards and performance management of clinician educators (at healthcare institutions).- Secretariat for Course Evaluation Group and Clinical Education Review Process meetings.- Assist in the generation of reports/meeting packages for Curriculum Evaluation Group (CEG1,2 and CEG3,4,5) and Clinical Education Review Process (CERP) annual meetings.- Logistical support in department events.
Requirements:
- A good degree in any discipline.-
- 2-3 years of administrative experience in an educational institution or healthcare setting will be an added advantage.- Strong aptitude and experience in data management and comfortable with writing minutes of meeting.
